Sun Day Carwash Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sun Day Carwash”, “we”, “us” or “our”) hereby presents this privacy policy and its related terms and conditions (the “Privacy Policy”) to inform you how we collect, use, and share information when you interact with our websites and subdomains, including, without limitation and all subdomains related thereto (the “Site”) social media sites and handles (as applicable), email, and online services (collectively, our “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains:

  • the choices you have regarding our collection, use, and sharing practices; and

  • Combination of Information. We may combine information from the Services together and with other information we obtain from our business records.

  • Change of Ownership or Corporate Organization. We may transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any line of business, change in ownership control, change in control, or financing transaction. By accessing our site, you represent that you are domiciled in the United States.  If you use our Services outside of the United States, you understand that we may collect, process, and store your information in the United States and other countries. The laws in the United States regarding information may be different from the laws of your state or country. Any such transfers will comply with safeguards as required by relevant law. By using the Services, you hereby voluntarily and knowingly consent to the collection, international transfer, storage, and processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

6. Our Practices Regarding Information Belonging to Children

The Services are intended for users age eighteen (18) and older. Sun Day Carwash does not knowingly or voluntarily collect information from children under the age of 16. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from anyone younger than the age of 16, we will delete that information.

7. Your Options and Rights Regarding Your Information
  • TEXT MESSAGING: If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages (either through our products or Services, through email communication, or through entry into any sweepstakes or promotion, as applicable), you will receive text messages from us. You hereby authorize that we may communicate with you via text message. Your cellphone carrier’s (each, a “Carrier”) standard message rates will apply to any message sent by you to by us, your receipt of texts from us, and all subsequent text messages. Other charges may apply. You shall be solely and exclusively responsible for all charges billed by and payable to your mobile Carrier. We assume no responsibility or liability for any delays in the receipt of any text messages or other communications. Delivery of communications, including, without limitation, text messages, is subject to Carrier data requirements, connectivity and your device settings. Consent to receive such messages is not a condition of making any purchase. The maximum number of messages per month from us to you may vary. You can unsubscribe from text message communications at any time by texting STOP to the number that appears from us in your text message. If you no longer have the original text message, you may email to opt out of transactional messages and promotional messages, and we will use its reasonable efforts to answer your opt out message in a timely manner.

  • We maintain “do-not-call” and “do-not-mail” lists as mandated by law. We process requests to be placed on do-not-mail, do-not-phone and do-not-contact lists within the times scales required by law.

  • EMAIL: You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time. To stop receiving our promotional emails, follow the unsubscribe instructions in the email messages you receive from us, or contact us using the details provided below. We will process your request as soon as practicable after receipt, in accordance with applicable laws. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or services you have requested. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding Sun Day Carwash and our Services and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you will not be able to opt-out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding updates to our Terms or this Privacy Policy).

Residents of the State of California have the right to request information from Sun Day Carwash regarding other companies to whom we have disclosed certain categories of information during the preceding year for those companies’ direct marketing purposes.
